Для початку надішліть запит щодо з'ясування номеру кримынального провадження по факту смерті сина, далі направте клопотання про ознайомлення із матеіралами кримінального провадження, яке має бути розглянуте слідчим не більше трьох діб і останній повинен надати Вам доступ для ознайомлення, в ході якого маєте право робити копії чи фотографувати матеріали справи. Якщо кримінальне провадження закрите, то оскаржуйте це рішення через слідчого суддю, на що у Вас буде 10 днів з моменту ознайомлення. Далі заявляйте клопотання про проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій. Бажаю удачі і буду вдячний за оцінку консультації.
