13.02.2025 10:20:25 Якщо Ви є законним спадкоємцем померлого, то у Вас є право на отримання частини спадщини. Однак, якщо померлий подав на дружину в суд по позбавленню батьківських прав, це може вплинути на розподіл спадщини. Щодо встановлення опіки над дітьми, це можливо за умови, що Ви будете мати достатні ресурси та можливості для догляду за ними. Проте, суд прийматиме рішення з урахуванням інтересів дитини та всіх сторін. Рекомендую звернутися до адвоката або юриста для отримання консультації та допомоги у вирішенні цих питань.

13.02.2025 11:37:54 Вітаю. Державні виплати за загибель військовослужбовця можуть отримати члени сім'ї, зокрема: дружина (якщо шлюб не було офіційно розірвано до смерті), діти, батьки загиблого. Однак, якщо дружина вашого сина має проблеми з наркотиками і була позбавлена батьківських прав або ви доведете її непридатність як опікуна, вона може бути виключена зі списку осіб, що мають право на виплати. Якщо мати дитини ще не позбавлена батьківських прав, але є відповідний позов, потрібно продовжити судовий процес та довести її непридатність як матері, звернутися до служби у справах дітей та оформити документи на опіку (якщо вона буде позбавлена прав). Подати клопотання про надання соціальних виплат на дітей, якщо ви станете їхнім офіційним опікуном.
