Якщо інша фізична особа здіснила проникнення на приватну територію (наприклад, перелізла через паркан), то Вам потрібно звертатись до правоохоронних органів (поліції). Викликати поліцію або написати заяву про таке проникнення (якщо Ви, наприклад, дізнались про цей факт із відеозапису камер). В суд Ви може звернутись у випадку заподіяння шкоди такою особою Вашому майну, проте сам факт проникнення обумовлює звернення не до суду, а до поліції.
