Трудові книжки ніде не облікується, можете мати хоть 5 книжок. Жодної відповідальності не передбачено.Трудова книжка потрібна виключно для Вас для підтвердження трудового стажу.
Саме тому трудові книжки найближчим часом будуть відмінені, єдиним підтвердженням стажу, буде інформація про сплату Вашим роботодавцем ЄСВ.

Вітаю, взагалі ні, проте якщо Ви працюєте за сумісництвом трудова книжка зберігється за основним місцем роботи (де Ви раніше,більше працюєте), згідно Наказу N 58 від 29.07.93 р. Просто позначте в трудовій де зроблено запис про основне місце роботи, відомості про роботу за сумісництвом (другу роботу).

Доброго дня. Ні, ніяких проблем у Вас не може бути. Окрім цього зауважу, що протягом наступних 6 місяців трудові книжки будуть скасовані, тому Вам немає за що перейматися.
