Recently, our team was asked a question: “На границе мужа потребовали показать документы и забрали в местный военкомат, оттуда распределили в местную ТО и удерживают там, домой вернуться не разрешают. Он ранее не служил, в военнике написано не пригоден (У него проблемы со зрением, надо делать операцию + был перелом руки, удалили кость), но это не помешало поставить ему в военнике печать, что он призван в ЗСУ. Имеют ли право ставить такие штампы и возможно, можно, что то сделать, чтобы он домой вернулся?”

29.03.2022 21:32:30 Є підозра, що ваш чоловік порушив правила перебування на обліку та його забрали бо він перебуваючи поза місцем свого місця реєстрації не зареєструвався в місцевому військкоматі, Також якщо його забрали в ЗСУ це означає, що ВЛК визнала його придатним, а відтак необхідно оскаржувати висновок ВЛК про придатність (до адмін суду, або ЦВЛК) також необхідно скаржитися на начальника військкомату та начальника частини до керівництва ЗСУ та МО України

05.04.2022 11:56:39 Муж должен был в любом случае пройти ВЛК (військово-лікарську комісію) для выяснения состояния пригодности, возможно решение комиссии было необъективным, его следует обжаловать вышестоящей комиссии (областной). Чтобы подать жалобу на местный Центр комплектования и социальной поддержки (военкомат) поскорее в устной форме по горячей линии МОУ: 0-800-500-410, 0-800-500-442, 044-454 -44-99, нужно назвать ФИО мужа, данные ТО, в которую направили, описать ситуацию. Жалобу подать можно письменно или электронной почтой на военкомат (эл.почта zvernmou@post.mil.gov.ua или ищите почту местного тут https://www.mil.gov.ua/kontakti/oblasni-vijskomati.html). В жалобе пишите подробное описание обстоятельств нарушения, доказательства Вашей позиции, требование прекратить нарушения. Все это возможно обжаловать и в административный суд, но это долго и сложно, Вам нужна будет помощь адвоката с такой специализацией
