Recently, our team was asked a question: “Приватний сімейний лікар, що працює з тобою по декоаціі НСЗУ має рівно таке ж право з сприяння в отриманні інвалідності/МСЕК як і сімейний лікар коменального закладу? Чи є в Украіні рівноцінні комунальним приватні ЛКК/ВКК?”

08.12.2023 09:32:21 В Україні немає рівноцінних комунальних приватних лікарсько-консультативних центрів (ЛКК) або відомчих консультативно-курортних закладів (ВКК). Лікар, який працює в приватному секторі, має право сприяти пацієнту в отриманні інвалідності або проходженні медико-соціальної експертизи (МСЕК), так само, як і лікар комунального закладу. Однак, процедура отримання інвалідності або МСЕК залежить від документаційних вимог та процедур Національної служби здоров'я України (НСЗУ) і може розроблятися окремо для кожного закладу.
