06.04.2022 20:21:59 Законом України № 7140-1 від 15 березня 2022 року розширено перелік осіб, що звільняються від мобілізації. А за пунктом 2-1 Правил право перетинання кордону під час воєнного стану мають особи з інвалідністю І та II групи інвалідності. Це означає, що особи з III групою інвалідності не мають права перетинання кордону, хоча і звільняються від мобілізації. Пам'ятайте, що майже всі категорії осіб, які звільняються від мобілізації, мають право за власним бажанням ставати на військовий облік.
