Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чи законно забирати в армію хлопця 20 років? В армії ще не служив, в военкоматі зареєструвався. Чи є зараз призов? Кажуть, що забирають на 7 днів на навчання а потім на передову.”

07.04.2022 16:57:48 Доброго дня. Так, з 01.04 розпочався призов на строкову службу. Тому забирають, скоріш за все, законно. На рахунок того, що на передову, сумніваюся, однак це вже запитання до військомату.
08.04.2022 20:42:38 Зарез розпочатий 3 етап мобілізації-До нього належать військовозобов’язані українці, які свого часу здобули військову спеціальність на військових кафедрах вишів. Вони мають офіцерські звання та перебувають у запасі.При цьому їх не призивали під час попередніх мобілізацій. Після цього настає останній, четвертий етап мобілізації. У цей етап призиватимуть усіх громадян, які не мають вікових та фізичних обмежень до військової служби. На цьому етапі мобілізують навіть тих, хто ніколи не служив у війську.Усіх громадян, які раніше не проходили службу в армії, відправлять на підготовку до навчальних центрів ЗСУ. І лише після навчальних центрів їх уже можуть відправити на підготовка за армійськими спеціальностями у навчальних центрах триватиме від 7 до 20 днів – залежно від спеціальності. На облік у військкомат чоловіки зобов'язані стати у 18 років, тобто він порушив порядок взяття на військовий облік
10.04.2022 12:56:42 Призовний вік в Україні починається з 18 років. Зараз в Україні оголошено не призов, а загальну мобілізацію — у зв’язку з війною. Мобілізувати можуть будь-якого чоловіка, який досяг 18 років. Центри комплектування (военкомати) самостійно визначають, яких саме громадян слід мобілізувати. Першочергово мобілізуватимуть тих, хто має бойовий досвід або пройшов курс військової підготовки. У другу чергу будуть мобілізовані резервісти з числа військовослужбовців, які мали бойовий досвід до 2014 року. У третю чергу будуть мобілізовані військовослужбовців, які входять до мобілізаційного резерву (це випускники університетів, які пройшли військову кафедру та мають звання офіцера запасу). У четверту чергу будуть мобілізовані чоловікі, які не служили в армії та не мають бойового досвіду. Призов четвертої черги буде проведений при розгортанні критичного сценарію війни. Саме у четверту чергу можуть призвати вас, тому що ви не служили. Звичайного призову у 2022 році не буде.
