Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня! Маю таке питання. Якщо з 25 травня не продовжать військовий стан . Чи матимуть змогу чоловіки , хоча б обмежено придатні на (можливо) короткий термін часу виїхати за кордон ?? Так як багато кому треба закрити деякі справи . Дякую завчасно за відповідь . Гарного дня . (Маю запрошення від Італії по возєднанню сім'ї . Візу не встигли доробити в посольстві. Треба поїхати на тиждень - два подати документи там . Оскільки ці документи які маю на руках мають термін закінчення )”

17.05.2022 14:37:32 Доброго дня. Тимчасові обмеження прав і свобод громадян України застосовані у зв'язку із введенням в державі воєнного стану. В тому числі обмежено і свободу вільного пересування та вільний вибір місця проживання (військовозобов'язаним заборонено перетин кордону на виїзд з України). Звичайно, після скасування чи припинення воєнного стану перетин кордону можна буде здійснювати як і раніше - вільно. Однак воєнний стан в Україні продовжено вже двічі, тому думаю продовжать і втретє, у зв'язку з триваючою широкомасштабною збройною агресією росії проти України.
17.05.2022 15:11:21 Доброго дня. Навряд, що віймськовий стан не продовжать. Так звичайно після перемоги та завершення війни виїзд відбуватиметься на умовах, що були до 24 лютого. Дякую.
