Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня! Нова Пошта Глобал намагається розмитнити заряджальні станції за загальними правилами , тобто з ціною вище 150 євро просить сплачувати податок.
Це не відповідає Постанові КМУ від 9 листопада 2022 року 1260, як подати позов чи вирішити це питання ?”
