Ця довідка може бути підставою для подовження вашої відпустки у робочому місці. Також можете обговорити ситуацію з керівництвом або відділом кадрів і спробувати домовитись про подовження терміну вашої відпустки на кiлька додаткових днiв.

26.09.2024 10:26:52 Доброго дня! Якщо не повернетесь до військової частини протягом 3 днів - це буде рахуватись як СЗЧ та Вас можуть притягнути до кримінальної відповідальності. Якби це Ви захворіли, тоді ще можна було б спробувати продовжити відпустку шляхом звернення до закладу охорони здоров'я та подачі рапорту командиру. У Вашому випадку досить високі ризики відкриття службового розслідування.

26.09.2024 12:34:08 Вітаю, напишіть рапорт про продовження відпустки та надайте підтверджуючі документи того, що Ваша дружина продовжує хворіти. Відпустка за сімейними обставинами та з інших поважних причин зі збереженням грошового забезпечення може тривати не більш як 10 календарних днів. Скільки разів на рік можна брати відпустку за сімейними обставинами або з інших поважних причин, законодавчо не прописано. Тож, можна зробити припущення, що це більш ніж один раз — залежно від виникнення сімейних обставин. Відпустка за сімейними обставинами надається без урахування часу, необхідного для проїзду в межах України до місця проведення відпустки та назад, але не більш ніж дві доби в один кінець.
