Негайно звертатися до адвоката або правозахисної організації для отримання правової допомоги. 2. Звернутися до органу прокуратури з письмовою заявою про незаконне затримання та утримання. У заяві слід вказати всі обставини справи та докази незаконності дій правоохоронних органів. 3. Якщо прокуратура не реагує на ваше звернення, можна подати скаргу до суду про захист своїх прав та законних інтересів. 4. Важливо мати при собі всі документи, які підтверджують ваш статус та непридатність до мобілізації, так як це є ключовим аргументом у справi. 02.04.2024 22:30:58 Доброго вечора! Якщо особа уже знаходиться в ТЦК - необхідно телефонувати відразу ж поліцію та оформляти заяву про те, що Вас незаконно утримують! Це фактично стаття Кримінального Кодексу України - незаконне позбавлення волі людини
03.04.2024 10:36:36 Що це за тимчасове посвідчення про непридатність? Не має такого посвідчення. В цілому - якщо незаконно утримують в ТЦК, то звертатися треба виключно в поліцію.
