Коли вже буде наказ про зарахування до навчального закладу і ви будете студентом, то тільки з цього моменту на вас поширюється право на відстрочку, встановлене ст. 23 Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію". З 18.05 (протягом 60 днів) Ви маєте зявитись в ТЦК для оновлення даних та проходження ВЛК (якщо пройшов рік від дати його проходження).
