23.06.2022 09:31:27 Доброго ранку. Спочатку звертайтесь до свого сімейного лікаря, який повинен направити Вас на комісію, а вже потім Ваші дані подаються до МСЕК. Дякую.
23.06.2022 23:08:08 У МОЗ пояснили, що проходження повторного огляду, який припав на період дії воєнного стану на території України, переноситься на строк не пізніше шести місяців після його припинення/скасування. Діти та дорослі з інвалідністю мають можливість отримувати, відповідно до індивідуальної програми реабілітації, без проходження повторного огляду лікарсько-консультативної комісії (ЛКК) чи медико-соціальної експертної комісії МСЕК: соціальні виплати; реабілітаційні послуги та допоміжні вироби (милиці, ходунки, крісла колісні); засоби інконтиненції, наприклад, памперси, катетери тощо; освітні послуги; відповідні пільги. Крім того, протягом дії воєнного стану та шести місяців після його припинення/скасування, відповідно до постанови уряду № 225, українці мають право звертатися до МСЕК для встановлення інвалідності заочно та незалежно від місця проживання чи перебування. Тобто, якщо людина не має можливості прибути до МСЕК, комісія може приймати рішення про встановлення інвалідності заочно на п
25.06.2022 17:30:13 По постанові КМУ від 30.03.2022 повторний огляд, строк якого припав на період дії воєнного стану на території України, переноситься на строк після припинення або скасування воєнного стану, але не пізніше шести місяців після його припинення або скасування за умови неможливості направлення осіб з інвалідністю лікарсько-консультативною комісією на МСЕК. При цьому інвалідність продовжується до останнього числа шостого місяця після припинення або скасування періоду дії воєнного стану, якщо раніше не буде проведено повторний огляд. Тобто, Ваша інвалідність зберігається, а МСЕК процедура переноситься на строк після припинення або скасування воєнного стану
