Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня, вступив на магістратуру на денну форму,на роботу прийшов виклик до ТЦК, якщо я туди піду поки не внесли зміни до ст. 23,я ще маю відстрочку,але чи потрібно мені буде "обов'язково" пройти ВЛК для того,щоб мене поставили на облік у них,що я студент і поставили штамп. Якщо у мене штамп про облік тільки 2018 року у військовому квитку,а нового 22/23 року не має.Бо по факту є диплом спеціаліста,і якщо зміну приймуть,у мене"друга вища",а комісію пройшов,і отже "придатний".”

З моїм розумінням ситуації, якщо у вас є штамп про облік у військовому квитку за 2018 рік, то це може бути достатньо для показу вашого студентського статусу. Однак, якщо ТЦК потребує пройти ВЛК (військово-лікарську комісію), то можливо потребується оновлення цих даних. У вашому випадку, я б рекомендував звернутися до ТЦК безпосередньо та пояснити ситуацію. Їх вирок буде найточнішим та найзручнішим джерелом інформації щодо необхідних процедур та документації для вашого студентського статусу.
