Після винесення, постанова потрапляє в базу даних, яка автоматично спрацьовує на порушника під час перетину ним кордону. У разі несплати правопорушником штрафу у цей строк, постанова про накладення штрафу надсилається для примусового виконання до органу державної виконавчої служби за місцем проживання громадянина, роботи або за місцезнаходженням його майна.При цьому, в рамках виконавчого провадження, державний виконавець може: - Прийти додому для опису майна. - Накласти арешт на майно, в тому числі автомобіль чи квартиру; - Заарештувати частину заробітної плати; - Через суд заборонити виїзд за кордон. Тобто проблеми у вас будуть лише якщо держвиконавець звернувся із забороною виїзду за кордон до суду, якщо цього зроблено (а це досить ймовірно) не було, то проблем з перетином кордону у вас не буде Перевірте себе https://court.gov.ua/fair/

18.12.2021 18:51:00 Временный запрет на выезд из Украины устанавливается в таких случаях: 1) гражданину Украины известна информация, составляющая государственную тайну; 2) гражданин Украины находится под следствием, и на время следствия ему запрещено покидать территорию страны; 3) гражданин Украины осужден за совершение уголовного преступления; 4) гражданин Украины уклоняется от выполнения судебного решения, либо решения другого государственного органа; также при наличии у гражданина задолженности по алиментам; 5) гражданин Украины находится под административным надзором Национальной полиции Украины. Наличие неоплаченных штрафов за нарушение правил дорожного движения не является основанием для запрета выезда из Украины.
