ЦНап отказал в прописке из-за недостатка документов, а именно согласия всех "співвласників". В итоге я без прописки уже два года. Дает ли какие-то дополнительные права регистрация, и чем она отличается от прописки.”

04.08.2022 11:30:06 Додаткових переваг, або пільг, у т. ч прав власності реєстрація в комунальній квартирі не надає. Тобто права власності на частину Ви не набудете. Проте для можливості реалізації своїх прав та отримання ряду послуг, місце реєстрації Вам необхідне, тому оптимально для Вас буде зареєструватися в гуртожитку , родичів, чи орендованій квартирі тощо. За проживання без реєстрації місця проживання та за несвоєчасну «прописку» передбачена адміністративна відповідальність: • попередження, якщо таке правопорушення вчинене вперше; • накладення штрафу від 1 до 3 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян, якщо таке правопорушення вчинене повторно. Громадяни України, а також іноземці чи особи без громадянства, які постійно або тимчасово проживають в Україні, зобов’язані протягом тридцяти календарних днів після зняття з реєстрації місця проживання та прибуття до нового місця проживання зареєструвати своє місце проживання.
