03.08.2025 14:38:45 Вітаю. Іноземці мають ті самі права й обов’язки, що й українці, якщо перебувають в країні законно, можуть бути засновниками і 100 % власниками ТОВ. Інструкція: 1. Отримати ІПН (РНОКПП). 2. Підготувати документи – так, усе апостилю, нотаріально переклади, паспорт (українською мовою статут, протокол або рішення.) 3. Призначити директора-засновника. Якщо засновник іноземець планує бути директором — потрібен дозвіл на роботу (видається на 3 роки). Без прописки — діє призначення українця або юрфірми, потім замінити. 4. Подати заявку через “Дія.Бізнес” або через нотаріуса/реєстратора. 5. Після реєстрації – відкрий податковий облік і рахунок в банку. 6. Якщо плануються спецсфери – ліцензії, сертифікації, сектор‑специфічні дозволи.
