Якщо є неповнолітні діти подружжя має укласти нотаріально завірений договір щодо утримання та місця проживання дітей. Якщо Ви не можете бути присутнім під час розірвання шлюбу - зверніться до адвоката, який може здійснити представництво Ваших інтересів.

Та відповідно дві заяви подається в РАЦС! Але це за умови, що у Вас відсутній спір щодо поділу спільного майна та немає неповнолітніх дітей
