Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чи може зараз мобілізований військовослужбовець розмитнити авто безкоштовно? ( Без участі в бойових діях)”

14.12.2022 20:42:21 Поки ні можете, проте в Україні пропонують частково повернути «нульове розмитнення» транспортних засобів. Дозволити ввезення авто без додаткових платежів просять для військових, та пропонується Надати право учасникам бойових дій, які захищали країну під час «нульового розмитнення», на розмитнення авто без податків, акцизів. Проте петиції та законопроект поки не підтримані
14.12.2022 22:15:21 Вітаю. Відсутнє безкоштовне розмитнення автомобілів один раз на пять років для військовослужбовців, учасників бойових дій, котрі приймали участь в АТО/ООС у війні проти російських загарбників.
15.12.2022 07:16:23 Вітаю. Якщо авто придбавається для власних цілей і власного користування - ні. Якщо мова йде про автомобіль для потреб ЗСУ - інша справа, але тим не менше, процедура нелегка.
