Согласно Закону Украины от 08.07.2010 г. № 2464-VI “О сборе и учете единого взноса на общеобязательное государственное социальное страхование” с 1 января 2018 года от уплаты единого взноса освобождаются предприниматели (независимо от системы налогообложения), которые получают пенсию по возрасту или являются лицами с инвалидностью, или достигли возраста, установленного ст. 26 Закона Украины от 09.07.2003 г. № 1058-IV “Об общеобязательном государственном пенсионном страховании” (далее – Закон № 1058), и получают пенсию или социальную помощь.Штраф от 10 % суммы долга.Зависит от количества дней неуплаты
