15.02.2023 11:24:21 «людина, її життя, здоров'я, честь і гідність, недоторканість та безпека вважаються в Україні найвищою соціальної цінністю» (ст. 3 Конституції) закріплює право кожного захищати. У п. 14. Постанова КМ України від 18.01.2003 року зазначено, що пристрої для відстрілу патронів, споряджених гумовими чи аналогічними за своїми властивостями метальними снарядами несмертельної дії, застосовуються на відстані, передбачена в нормативних документах на пристрій, але не ближче 4 метрів, та у спосіб, що мінімізує можливе заподіяння шкоди здоров'ю правопорушників та інших громадян. Якщо власник травматика буде використовувати свою зброю не для цілей самооборони, а для нанесення шкоди людині або його залякування, то навіть правильно оформлені документи не врятують його від серйозних юридичних наслідків. Використання травматика при здійсненні дій, які можуть бути розцінені як хуліганство, навіть якщо ви жодного разу не вистрелили, є підставою для кваліфікації ваших дій за ч. 4 ст. 296 КК України.
