Рекомендую також вжити запобіжних дій, а саме повидаляти привязки в акаунтах в своїх соціальних мережах, повидаляти там свої контактні дані. Також попередити друзів, що їм можуть прийти фото. Також Ви маєте право звернутись до суду із вимогою про видалення фото та відшкодування завданої моральної шкоди, обґрунтовуючи свою позицію на основі ст. 308 Цивільного кодексу України: фотографія, інші художні твори, на яких зображено фізичну особу, можуть бути публічно показані, відтворені, розповсюджені лише за згодою цієї особи. Для цього рекомендуємо Вам обов’язково зафіксувати факт появи фото на сайті, зробивши знімки екрану (скріншоти).
