20.02.2022 13:17:09 Булінг – це агресивна і вкрай неприємна поведінка однієї дитини або групи дітей по відношенню до іншої дитини, що супроводжується постійним фізичним і психологічним впливом. Необхідні дії - йти до директора школи або завуча та докладно розкажи їм про це директор закладу зобов'язаний діяти відповідно до Порядку реагування на випадки булінгу (цькування), затвердженого наказом Міністерством освіти і науки України від 28 грудня 2019 року № 1646, Також повідом про ситуацію публічно -боріться з кривдником відкритістю. Якщо у школі є психолог, то можна сміливо звернутись до нього, щоб відновити відчуття впевненості у своїх силах та зрозуміти, як діяти далі.еповідомлення керівником закладу освіти уповноваженим підрозділам органів Нац поліції про випадки булінгу (цькування) тягне за собою накладення штрафу від п’ятдесяти до ста неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян (від 850 до 1700 гривень) або виправні роботи на строк до одного місяця з відрахуванням до двадцяти процентів зп.

21.02.2022 09:54:37 Доброго ранку. Ви як мама, по перше, зверніться до вчителя та директора зі скаргою на дитину, яка ображае Вашу доньку. Не завадить провести розмову з батьками цієї дівчини. Якщо це не дасть результату, звертайтесь до органів Поліції з заявою про здійснення психологічного насилля. Дякую.

22.02.2022 00:02:59 Так, такі дії можна вважати булінгом (цькуванням) та підставою для притягення до адміністратинвої відповідальності. Зверніться в поліцію, вони в свою чергу складуть протокол про адмін правопорушення. Попередньо зверніться до батьків цієї однокласниці та до керівників школи.
