12.06.2022 09:02:13 Редакція статті 11 Закону України «Про загальну середню освіту», яка діяла до 01.01.2015, передбачала, що реорганізація і ліквідація загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів у сільській місцевості, заснованих на комунальній формі власності, допускаються лише за згодою територіальних громад. Проте, на даний час зазначена норма права втратила чинність. На час дії воєнного стану законопроєкт пропонує зупинити дію положень щодо тривалості освітнього процесу в закладах загальної середньої освіти (не менше 175 навчальних днів) та наповнюваності класів, класів-комплектів державних, комунальних закладів загальної середньої освіти. Враховуючи те, що Міністерство освіти не має прямого менеджменту на школи, приймати рішення щодо офлайн чи онлайн формату все-таки будуть засновники, місцеві органи, керівники об’єднаних громад, мерії міст, військові адміністрації. І лише при наявності забезпечення безпеки для учасників освітнього процесу може бути формат офлайн
