25.03.2022 23:53:21 Доброго Дня скоротити ні, звільнити та відправити без зп можуть а також можуть виплачувати 2/3 можуть. Дозволено роботодавцеві на період дії воєнного стану перевести працівника на іншу роботу, не обумовлену трудовим договором, без його згоди (за винятком переведення на роботу в іншу місцевість, де тривають активні бойові дії). Окрім того, роботодавець може в період воєнного стану звільнити працівника в період його тимчасової непрацездатності або відпустки (крім декретної та з догляду за дитиною) з першого дня після завершення непрацездатності або відпустки.
