Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня.
Ситуація наступна. Я звільнений зі служби з виключенням з військового обліку за рішенням ВЛК. Але в обставині написали, що поранення пов'язане з проходженням військової служби, а не з захистом Батьківщини. Тепер намагаюсь отримати довідку про обставини травми, щоб змігити статус з інваліда військової служби на інваліда війни. Какой порядок действий и куда обращаться?в части не было медчасти и я не обращался, а симптомы появились позже после ранения.”

25.04.2023 11:41:15 Довідку про обставини травми дає командир в/ч. На її основі формується ВЛК про причинний зв'язок. Далі МСЕК на основі попередніх документів.
26.04.2023 07:07:50 Доброго дня. По факту поранення мало бути службове розслідування ( в ньому мають бути вказані факти, які підтверджують обставини поранення). Звертайтеся в частину для отримання підтверджуючих документів. Якщо вдастся їх отримати, на цій підставі потрібно буде оскаржити висновок ВЛК.
27.04.2023 08:43:35 В Вашій ситуації необхідно самостійно подати рапорт на Вашого командира про надання довідки про обставини травми. Строки довідки залежить від строку проведення службового розслідування з цього питання. Як правило це складає один місяць.
