Recently, our team was asked a question: “Скажіть іще, чи міг я не платити податок і ЄСВ з часу настання війни, доходу вже рік не маю, дякую”
We wanna share the answer from our specialists:
20.04.2023 11:35:47 Згідно з п. 9.19 раозд. VIII Закону України «Про збір та облік єдиного внеску на загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування» від 08.07.2010 № 2464-VI всі підприємці мають право не нараховувати, не обчислювати і не сплачувати ЄСВ за себе з 01.03.2022 (тобто починаючи зі сплати за березень) і протягом усього часу до припинення / скасування воєнного стану в Україні, а також протягом 12 місяців після припинення / скасування воєнного стану.
20.04.2023 11:41:54 з квітня 2022 року можна не платити ЄСВ і рік після закінчення військового стану.
20.04.2023 11:45:17 Так, зараз ЄСВ можна не платити. Але поки незрозуміло чи будуть стягувати несплачені ЄСВ за час війни.
20.04.2023 14:01:52 Доброго дня. ФОП 1 та 2 групи має право не сплачувати ЄСВ у період дії воєнного стану, у випадку НЕ ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ним підприємницької діяльності.
