23.01.2023 12:46:55 Добрый день. Отсрочка возможна до тех пор, пока существует обстоятельство, предоставляющее такое право. То есть, до исполнения Вашему ребенку 18 лет или же Вы женитесь и Вашего ребенка усыновят. Но, так как, на практике невозможно спрогнозировать, сколько времени продлится определенное обстоятельство, то работники ТЦК и СП могут периодически вызывать Вас для проверки, не изменились ли обстоятельства. Иногда в центрах комплектования предоставляют отсрочку на два месяца. Затем нужно снова прийти и предоставить документы, подтверждающие соответствующие основания. Как долго будут рассматривать, сказать не могу. Вам периодически их нужно тревожить и спрашивать о рассмотрении Вашего вопроса. Спасибо.
