31.08.2023 21:21:22 якщо вони вважають, що солдат не виконує свої обов'язки достатньо ефективно або порушує внутрішні правила і норми поведінки. Затримання отримання статусу учасника бойових дій може мати різні наслідки для солдата, такі як позбавлення певних привілеїв або нагород, зменшення заробітної плати або переведення на інше місце служби. Командир має право приймати таке рішення на основі об'єктивних фактів та доказів про недостатню ефективність служби солдата.
31.08.2023 22:33:15 Добрий день. Отримання статусу УЗД не повинно перевищувати 30 днів. Для урегулювання питання потрібно подати рапорт на вище керівництво особисто щодо не отримання статусу УЗД або заключити договір з адвокатом та направити адвокатський запит у військову частину щодо питання розгляду.

07.09.2023 12:44:35 Ви можете самостійно звернутися до комісії з заявою про присвоєння Вам статусу УБД. Для цього достатньо отримати довідку за формою згідно з додатком 6 до Постанови КМУ від 20 серпня 2014 р. № 413: https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/413-2014-%D0%BF#Text Окрім того, необхідно підготувати: заяву копію паспорта та ідентифікаційного коду фото 3*4 а також інші документи, що підтверджують безпосередню участь в бойових діях за їх наявності, згоду на обробку персональних даних. Адреса комісії на яку можна надіслати лист буде залежити від того, де саме Ви проходити військову службу.
