Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Я та мої діти з міста Ірпінь виїхали в евакуацію в Хмельницьку область в березні. В перших числах. Згодом там оформили статус ВПО та подали заяви на виплати. Вже після цього в кінці квітня ми виїхали з України за кордон. Які мої подальші дії і чи потрібно анулювати статус ВПО та заявку на виплати? Кошти ще не отримували”

18.05.2022 18:29:11 ВИ перебували в статусі ВПО з березня по квітень, Зараз статус ВПО Ви не маєте, якщо ви перебуваєте за кордоном то скоріше за все Ви мали подати на статус Тимчасового захисту. Внутрішньо переміщена особа – це людина, яка переміщується в середині країни. Тобто Ви поїхала в інший регіон, рятуючись від небезпеки - статус ВПО. Коли такі люди перетинають кордон, вони втрачають свій статус. За кордоном вони отримують інше — тимчасовий захист або статус біженця. Там Ви отримуєте прихисток, матеріальну допомогу від тієї країни, куди виїхали. Через те, що ваш статус змінився, по поверненню в Україну ви можете втратити допомогу, яку отримували весь час. Крім того, може бути таке, що людині треба буде повертати все, що вона отримувала від України, перебуваючи за кордоном. Тому що якби ви отримали допомогу як ВПО то це вважається безпідставно отриманою допомогою.
