А коли буде необхідність забрати цей прибуток то я відкрию ФОП, отримаю гроші на картку ФОП, сплачу податки, закрию ФОП. І потім знову акумулюю віртуальний прибуток, коли є необхідність його зняти то відкриваю ФОП. Чи можуть за таке оштрафувати? Якщо так то чим це загрожує?”

02.04.2021 11:59:36 Доброго дня, вся суть ФОП-а діяльність з отримання прибутку. Треба відкривати, обирати КВЕД-и діяльності здавати звіти, платити податки і інше. Отримання прибутку без реєстрації ФОП - не законне, тобто якщо це адміністративне правопорушення - штраф від 17 до 34 тисяч гривень з конфіскацією продукції та грошей отриманих в результаті такої діяльності. Крім того, враховуючи отримання віникам нов валюти її накопичення в використання моде зацікавити не тіл ніжки податкову, а й органи правопорядку. Чому б вам не зареєструвати ФОП і робити свою справу, або не стати самозайнятою особою і платити податок лише з прибутку?
