22.01.2021 17:28:40 Штраф за отсутствие маски: 170-255 гривен. Постановление о привлечении к административной ответственности в виде штрафа обжалуется в суде, и в случае положительного решения вы не обязаны оплачивать штраф. Срок на обжалование постановления о наложении штрафа - 10 дней с момента получения вами копии постановления. Маску вы обязаны носить в: общественных зданиях и сооружениях (супермаркеты, торговые центры и т.п., где одновременно присутствует большое количество людей), общественном транспорте. Маска должна закрывать нос и рот. На улицах (вне зданий) надевать маску не обязательно. Ношение маски и прочие карантинные меры регулируются Постановлением Кабинета министров Украины №1236 от 9 декабря 2020 года.

22.01.2021 20:38:44 Добрый день, штраф за отсутствие маски в общественном месте урегулирован кодексом Украины об административных правонарушениях (ч.2 ст.44-3) Нахождение в общественных домах, сооружениях, общественном транспорте во время действия карантина без одетых средств индивидуальной защиты, например распираторов или защитных масок, которые закрывают нос и рот в том числе изготовленных самостоятельно, - влечёт за собой наложение штрафа в сумме от 170 до 250 грн. Чтобы не платить штраф можно попробовать использовать маски в общественном месте. Если вас привлекают за нахождение на улице без маски то это неправильно, так как улица не отнесена к общественному месту нормами действующего законодательства, хоть и звучит парадоксально.. если составили протокол, то в суде отстаивайте свою позицию. По истечению 3 месяцев со дня составления протокола без вынесения постановления о наказании - привлечь к ответственности уже не выйдет
