17.10.2024 07:33:41 Так, потрібно забирати повістку з поштового ящика і дотримуватися вимог військової комісії. Якщо чоловік не виконає вимог повістки, йому може загрожувати штраф або інші правові наслідки. Найкраще буде звернутися до військової комісії для отримання додаткової інформації та консультацій.
17.10.2024 08:57:04 Вітаю, для того, щоб повістка була врученою її повинні відправити Вам цінним листом з описом вкладення з паперовим повідомленням і Ви повинні розписатися на цьому повідомленні про її отримання або відмовитись від отримання - тоді вона вважається офіційно врученою (не важливо чи отримали Ви її, чи відмовились чи взагалі проігнорували). Якщо вона доставлена Вам саме таким способом, (а не просто папірець, на якому написано слово ПОВІСТКА була вкинута вам в поштову скриньку), то варто по ній з'явитися до ТЦК та надати документи, які підтверджують оформлену вами відстрочку тим самим "скасувати" цю повістку. В іншому випадку за ігнорування може бути штраф, який доведеться оскаржувати в суді.
17.10.2024 11:19:30 Доброго дня, Повістки мають право вручати всім громадянам і заброньованим і тим хто з відстрочкою. За неявку по повістці в будь-якому випадку ви можете отримати штраф, адже це порушення. Всі військовозобовязані повинні зявлятися на виклик в ТЦК у строк вказаний у повістці, незалежно від того в якому статусі він перебуває. Тому я б рекомендував отримати повістку та зявитися в ТЦК по ній щоб уникнути штрафу. Тим більше що у чоловіка є відстрочка до 26 року.
17.10.2024 20:40:59 Вітаю! Так, потрібно! Чоловіку потрібно забрати повістку та явитись до ТЦК. За неявку без поважної причини можливий штраф за статтею 210-1 КУпАП від 17 тис. грн. На ВЛК чоловіка не мають права направляти, адже згідно пункту 63 Постанови КМУ 560 військовозобов’язані, у яких строк дії відстрочки від призову на військову службу під час мобілізації, на особливий період не завершився, на медичний огляд не направляються, крім випадків, коли військовозобов’язані приймаються на військову службу за контрактом.
