20.11.2024 17:32:17 Правила щодо відстрочки для студентів з України, які навчаються в європейському вузі, можуть варіюватися залежно від конкретного університету та країни. Зазвичай студенти мають право на відстрочку у разі важких особистих обставин, таких як серйозна хвороба членів сім'ї або непередбачені обставини, які перешкоджають продовженню навчання. Студентам рекомендується звертатися до викладачів або адміністрації свого університету для отримання додаткової інформації про процедуру подання запиту на відстрочку. Також можливо звертатися до консультантів установи та попросити їх про допомогу у цьому питанню.
20.11.2024 18:01:14 Добрий день! Студенти, які навчаються на денній формі в іноземних вишах, не мають права на відстрочку від мобілізації за українським законодавством. Це пов'язано з тим, що іноземні навчальні заклади не підключені до Єдиної державної електронної бази з питань освіти (ЄДЕБО), що необхідно для підтвердження статусу студента. Таким чином, таке право поширюється лише на студентів українських закладів освіти.
