Це може означати, що вам може бути накладено штраф або інша відповідальність за порушення правил дорожнього руху. Також можливо, що вам буде накладено штраф за неявку до суду. Я раджу вам звернутися до адвоката для консультації та підготовки до судового процесу. Важливо дотримуватися всіх правил і процедур у цьому випадку, щоб максимально захистити свої права.

15.06.2024 17:04:30 Доброго дня. Вважаю за доцільне, відправити (надати суду) заяву про неможливість прибуття до суду за сімейними обставинами і зазначити, що вину ви ви знаєте та Прометей суд розглядати справу за вашою відсутністю. Але слід зауважити, що за ст. 124 КУпАП вас можуть позбавити права керування тр. засобами, тож в вище зазначеній заяві додайте, що просите суд призначити покарання, не повязане з позбавленням права керування. Обовязково зазначте своє П. І. П та бажано номер справи. За необхідністю можемо скласти таку заяву та надати єлектронною поштою. Як щоб Вас зацікавила пропозиція, звяжіться з нами. Бажаю успіху.
