13.02.2022 15:55:20 Згідно зі ст24 ЗУ"Про Забезпеченні санітарного та епідеміологічного благополуччя населення", підприємства, організації, а також фізичні особи при проведенні будь-якого виду діяльності не повинні перевищувати рівень шуму, який встановлено саніт нормами для таких приміщень і таких територій, як житлові будинки, прибудинкові території, установи освіти і культури, а також інші приміщення, в яких можуть перебувати люди як постійно, так і тимчасово. З 10 години вечора і до 8-ї ранку не можна голосно співати, кричати, слухати голосно музику, використовувати салют і феєрверки.Згідно з наказом Мінохорони здоров'я від 22 лютого 2014 року, максимальний рівень шуму, який дозволений у будинках і квартирах становить: - вдень : 50 децибел, - вночі : 40 децибел. Зверніться до власника квартири і пояснити йому, що він перевищує рівень допустимого шуму. Далі викликати поліцію (краще робити це після 10-ї години вечора) Згідно зі ст. 82 КУПАП Укр за перевищення рівня шуму передбачено штраф
14.02.2022 09:40:27 Доброе утро. Вы должны вызвать полицию и заявить о нарушении гражданского порядка. Шуметь у нас можно до 22.00. Им могут вынести предупреждение или выписать штраф на сумму от 85 до 255 гривен.
19.02.2022 10:46:29 Передбачено кілька способів повідомити в поліцію про злочин: - можете особисто зателефонувати на гарячу лінію на номер 102 або усно звернутися до відділення і повідомити про кримінальне порушення - усне повідомлення (заява). Після його отримання, в поліції повинні скласти спеціальний протокол про його прийняття, який підписують заявник та приймаюча особа. -особисто звернутися до найближчого відділення поліції і в письмовій формі подати заяву. В такому випадку поліція її приймає і реєструє або в спеціальній інформаційній системі, або, за її відсутності, в журналі єдиного обліку. Важливо відзначити, що заяву краще написати в двох ідентичних примірниках (якщо вона надрукована, то можна просто зробити ксерокопію, обидві повинен підписати заявник) для того, щоб один екземпляр подати органам поліції, а на іншому - поставити позначку (штамп із зазначенням дати прийняття заяви ).
