Вони нададуть вам повну інформацію щодо необхідності становлення на облік та процедури, яким потрібно буде слідувати. Зареєстрований ВПО у Львові не є перешкодою для отримання соціальних послуг у Києві, але можуть бути деякі особливості в процедурі переведення на облік.
10.11.2023 23:54:59 Якщо ТЦК дізнався, де ви проживаєте, але ви не стали до них на облік – тоді можуть вручити повістку за фактичним місцем проживання" Також це може стосуватися військовозобов’язаних, які не сповістили ТЦКСП про зміну місця перебування (наприклад, відрядження) у семиденний строк. "Громадяни повинні розуміти, що облік – це обов‘язок чоловіка призовного віку, громадянина України. У кожній області, селі чи містечку особа повинна сама піти до військкомату і стати на облік. Якщо відрядження або перебування людини в іншій області перевищує 7 днів – вона повинна сповістити військкомат про зміну місця перебування. Наприклад, прийти і сказати "Я перебуватиму тут 10 днів у відрядженні. Поставте відмітку, що я тут обліковуюсь",
11.11.2023 11:50:50 Якщо ви будете проживати в Києві постійно — так, треба. Закон зобов'язує стати на військовий облік у новому місті протягом 7 днів після переїзду. На обліку у двох ТЦК перебувати неможливо: спершу треба знятись з обліку у ТЦК Львова, а потім стати на облік в районному ТЦК Києва.
