02.04.2025 17:08:41 Якщо ви стикаєтеся з такими проблемами при оформленні виплати за загиблого родича, вам слід спробувати наступні кроки: 1. Зверніться до адвоката або правозахисної організації за консультацією та підтримкою у цьому питанні. 2. Збережіть всю переписку та документацію, пов'язану з вимогами тцк і офіційною заявою, яка була подана. 3. Спробуйте знову звернутися особисто до представників тцк і наголосити на своїх правах та законних вимогах щодо отримання виплати за загиблого родича. 4. Якщо наведені вимоги є необґрунтованими або незаконними, можливо, варто подати скаргу на контролюючий орган чи правозахисну організацію. 5. Не сумуйте один-на-один – шукайте підтримку у родинних членах, друзях і фахових консультантах для успішного вирішення цього складного питання. Завжди пам'ятайте про свої права та не сумуйте допомогти вашому родичеві отримати гарантований законом обсяг компенсации за його/її смерть.
02.04.2025 17:32:47 Якщо у військкоматі (ТЦК) вимагають документи, які ви не можете надати, або свідомо затягують процес, є кілька способів вирішення ситуації: 1. Подати офіційний письмовий запит до ТЦК та СП. 2. Оскарження відмови або бездіяльності ТЦК та СП до Командування ЗСУ чи Генштабу, в Міністерство оборони, Омбудсмана України чи суду. Все залежить від того, на якій стадії зараз Ваша справа.
02.04.2025 17:33:56 Вітаю. Якщо вам відповідають усно або вимагають звертатися особисто без пояснень, напишіть офіційний запит до ТЦК (через канцелярію або рекомендованим листом). У запиті вимагайте: перелік документів, які необхідні для виплати. Підставу для вимоги кожного документа (з посиланням на закон), отримати чіткий алгоритм оформлення виплат. Якщо ТЦК продовжує відмовляти без обґрунтувань, подавайте скаргу до: обласного військкомату (ТЦК вищого рівня). Міністерства оборони (через їхній офіційний сайт або поштою). Якщо вам відповідають усно або вимагають звертатися особисто без пояснень, напишіть офіційний запит до ТЦК (через канцелярію або рекомендованим листом).
02.04.2025 21:14:25 Доброго вечора! Якщо ТЦК та СП відмовляє Вам у прийомі документів - вимагайте письму відмову або ж документ, де буде чітко зазначено чого саме Вам не вистачає! В такому разі цю відмову можна буде оскаржити в судовому порядку
