Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрий день. Я прийшов в тер оборону добровільно, але щоб я був там офіційно, то мене оформили як мобілізованого. Я підписав мобілізаційний контракт "строком до оголошення демобілізації". Скажіть скільки часу буде тривати моя служба? Можливо є актуальні приклади служби мобілізованих з 2014 року і зрозуміло скільки часу в середньому вони служили? Скільки максимально може тривати така служба?”

10.04.2022 14:18:08 Для громадян, які прийняті на військову службу за контрактом під час оголошення мобілізації, встановлено наступні строки служби: для осіб рядового складу — 3 роки; для осіб сержантського і старшинського складу — від 3 до 5 років. Під час дії особливого періоду за бажанням військовозобов’язаного строк служби за контрактом може бути продовжена на строк від 1 до 10 років, але не перевищувати граничній вік перебування на військовій службі (45 років для осіб рядового складу). Під час воєнного стану строк служби за контрактом продовжується автоматично — до моменту демобілізації, яка оголошується Указом Президента України. Зараз неможливо передбачити коли буде оголошений Указ про демобілізацію. Все залежить від тривалості війни та ситуації на фронті.
11.04.2022 15:16:16 Доброго дня. Для громадян України, які приймаються на військову службу за контрактом та призначаються на посади, строки військової служби визначені ст.23 ЗУ «Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу». Вважаю, що особисто Вас стосується частина 3 вищевказаної статті Закону, якою встановлено, що військовослужбовці військової служби за призовом під час мобілізації, на особливий період які під час дії особливого періоду вислужили не менше 11 місяців, строк військової служби в календарному обчисленні встановлюється 6 місяців. Тобто 11 місяців плюс 6 місяців. Наступний контракт за бажанням Ви можете укласти на строк від 1 до 10 років. У разі закінчення особливого періоду або оголошення рішення про демобілізацію дія контракту припиняється достроково.
