Он вроде больная немного. Можно ее выселить? Или силой взять денег на уборку? Подскажите выход с ситуации.”

14.03.2021 21:46:29 Добры вечер, к сожалению привлечь такого соседа к административной или уголовной ответственности не удасться как и принудительно выселить из квартиры в которой он проживает на законных основаниях. Можно жаловаться в полицию, коммунальные службы, горсовет. Наиболее действенный способ - обратится с коллективной жалобой в горсовет или отдельным депутатам округа. Возможно, если человек действительно страдает психическим заболеванием удасться обратится в суд с принудительным лечением в психиатрическом учреждении. Но начните с горсовета, пишите жалобы во все инстанции и собирайте ответы и отписки - это нелегкий и долгий путь поэтому наберитесь терпения. Ставьте вопрос об отключении такого соседа от коммунальных услуг. Вывоз хлама возможен только по инициативе горсовета

16.03.2021 17:43:35 Владелец квартиры обязан содержать жилье в чистоте и порядке, придерживаться санитарных норм. Ответственность за антисанитарию в квартире - штраф, от 17 до 204 гривен (статья 42 Кодекса об административных нарушениях). Действуйте так: 1.Вызывайте полицию. 2.Заявляйте о нарушении соседкой статьи 42 Кодекса, требуйте от полиции составления протокола и привлечения соседки к административной ответственности. 3.Получите у полицейских копию протокола. 4.Готовьте коллективный иск в районный суд о выселении соседки за несоблюдение санитарных норм (как доказательство используйте протокол полиции), и помещении ее на принудительное лечение в психиатрическое учреждение. 5.Иск должны подписать все совершеннолетние жильцы дома. 6.Для составления иска вам однозначно понадобится адвокат, либо юрист (важно подготовить иск грамотно и правильно описать все обстоятельства, связанные с образом жизни соседки и ее психическим состоянием. 7.После суда соседку можно выселить из квартиры законно.
