13.07.2022 11:56:08 Покарання ніякого не буде син на законних підставах перебуває в Молдові, користується всіма правами наданими статусом Тимчасового захисту, у будь-якій момент може повернутися до України. За загальним правилом тривалість тимчасового захисту становить 1 рік, який може бути автоматично подовжений кожні 6 місяців ще на 1 рік. Однак, якщо підстави для тимчасового захисту зберігаються і після цього строку, Європейська комісія може запропонувати продовження дії такого захисту ще до 1 року. Тимчасовий захист не означає отримання статусу біженця відповідно до Конвенції про статус біженців від 28 липня 1951 року, який надає права, аналогічні посвідці на проживання. Втім, особи, які отримали тимчасовий захист в ЄС, можуть у будь-який час подати заявку на отримання статусу біженця.
