Вітаю, залежить від рівня погроз, якщо згідно Ч.1, СТ. 129, ККУ є підстави вважати, що була погроза вбивством, якщо були реальні підстави побоюватися здійснення цієї погрози, Ви можете звернутись до поліції. Якщо ні, то питання треба вирішувати у суді, можу допомогти із цим.

Варто звернутися до поліції або під час погроз викликати екіпаж патрульної поліції і зафіксувати даний факт актом чи протоколом. Далі можна звернутися до суду для відновлення порушених прав.

Фиксируйте все угрозы на видео или аудио, находите свидетелей. Если угрозы реальные и угрожают Вашей жизни или здоровью, то вызывайте полицию и пишите заявление по статье 129 УК.

Здравствуйте! Нужно проучить соседку в правовых рамках. Вызвать полицию и зафиксировать факт оскорбления. Главное что бы свидетели были. Это будет административное нарушение, будет штраф или гражданские работы. Поэтому в дальнейшем думаю не будет оскорблять Вас!

Рекомендую заснять на видео или записать на диктофон. Найти соседей или других лиц которые могут подтвердить. После этого написать заявление участковому, он составит протокол или при наличии оснований передаст материалы следователю для внесения ведомостей в ЕРДР (уголовное дело). Все Вами собранные материалы будут доказательствами в суде, на случай если надумаете взыскать компенсацию.

Здравствуйте. Постарайтесь записать на камеру или диктофон. Несколько раз, но при этом не провоцируйте нарушителя. После этого обратитесь в полицию, и напишите заявление.

Доброго дня! В даному випадку варто звернути увагу на характер та спрямованість погроз. Якщо погрози спрямовані на позбавлення життя та у Вас є реальні підстави побоюватися її здійснення, то такі дії є злочинними і можуть бути кваліфіковані за статею 129 Кримінального кодексу України.
