08.02.2023 22:11:17 Ні, не маєте права. Під час проживання в гуртожитку Ви повинні дотримуватись відповідних Правил. Тому ігнорувати та нехтувати правилами ВИ не маєте права. Та і краще цього взагалі не робити.
