08.02.2023 08:21:49 Доброго дня.Якщо особа має судимість за вчинення тяжкого або особливо тяжкого злочину, то вона підлягаєте виключенню з військового обліку.Якщо вона отримала повістку, то така особа має прийти до військкомату та мати при собі документи, які підтверджують судимість. Це можуть бути:копія вироку суду;довідка про наявність судимості; повний витяг про притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності;наявність судимості або обмежень, передбачених кримінальним процесуальним законодавством України;довідка про звільнення з місць позбавлення волі. Ваш проступок не є тяжким чи особливо тяжким, можливо після погашення судимості Вас можуть мобілізувати. Дякую.
