Щоб отримати новий паспорт, вам потрібно надати такі документи: Заяву про втрату паспорта. Її можна написати на місці за зразком. Витяг з Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань у випадку, якщо ваш паспорт вкрали. Витяг є свідченням відкриття кримінальної справи. Чеки про оплату адміністративного збору або штрафу. Довідку про присвоєння реєстраційного номера облікової картки платника податків. Довідку про місце проживання.
