Доброго Дня якщо ви від'їдаєте та хочете отримати зп, компенсацію відпустки тощо то роботодавця варто повідомити про ваше звільнення, як за власним бажанням так і за згодою сторін. Так як під час військового стану роботодавець не позбавлений права звільнити Вас. Тому заяву надіслати варто у т. ч засобами електронної пошти, або звичайної пошти.
