В таком случае необходимо предоставить медицинскую справку или другие документы, подтверждающие необходимость ухода за инвалидом. Однако, решение о возможности увольнения принимается работодателем на основании конкретных обстоятельств каждого случая. Поэтому рекомендуется обратиться к юристу или специалисту по трудовому праву для получения консультации и подробной информации о вашей ситуации.

Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 18 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу"передбачено, що від призову на строкову військову службу звільняються громадяни України: які мають дружину (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю та/або одного із своїх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю I чи II групи;
