В доверенности нет ИНН

Recently, our team was asked a question: “Здравствуйте! Подскажите пожалуйста, при создании доверенности нотариус не указа ИНН и паспортные данные уполномоченного лица. Такая доверенность действительна ? Или её нужно переделывать?”

Не надо переделывать, так как ИНН всего один из способов оперелить поверенного, достаточно будет, если в доверенноти есть другие ведомости поверенного, чтобы его определить (ФИО, адрес регистарции, номер паспорта, дата рождения, к примеру)
