Recently, our team was asked a question: “Скажите пожалуйста, у меня есть биометрический украинский паспор, в декабре 2021 года, я въезжала в Польшу и на Границу не впустили, как выяснилось мне Польша поставила запрет на въезд по причине того, что когда-то в 2020 году я якобы не находилась по адресу указанного карантина. Скажите, пожалуйста, меня пропустят на Польской границе как беженца с такими паспортом? Ехать буду транзитом в другую страну. На Украине я подавала запрос по какой статье и на какой срок. Срок до апреля 2023 г”

15.04.2022 16:38:09 Доброго Дня. Скоріше за все ні. Вас випустять з українського кордону проте ви не пройдете польский до 04.2023 року. Зазвичай Польські прикордонні служби активно за цим стежать та послаблень до осіб які порушили митні приписи Польської республіки не допускають, у вас буде шанс коли ви будете на митній території просити перетин, без статусу, але шанси на задоволення мізерні. Рекомендую перетинати кордони не зі сторони Польщі а інші кордони а саме Чопський прикордонний загін (кордон зі Словаччиною та Угорщиною), Мукачівський прикордонний загін (кордон з Угорщиною, Румунією) , Чернівецький прикордонний загін (кордон з Молдовою у межах Чернівецької області та Румунією), Могилів-Подільський прикордонний загін – (кордон з Молдовою у межах Вінницької області) . Обмежень до перетину яких у вас немає, а у країні прибуття попросите статус Тимчасового прихистку.

22.04.2022 16:59:19 С 24 февраля 2022 Польша отменила все ограничения и запреты на вьезд украинцев в Польшу. Ограничения отменили после военного вторжения России в Украину - с целью упрощения пересечения границы украинскими беженцами. Сейчас любой гражданин Украины, выезжающий из страны, может свободно вьехать в Польшу. Если в прошлом гражданином Украины были нарушены польские правила карантина, его все равно пропустят в Польшу, так как польское правительство проводит кампанию помощи украинским беженцам и принимает всех граждан, выезжающих из Украины. Ранее установленные запреты на вьезд Польшей также отменены.
